How I’d recreate my viral video today (no long edits)

This tool cuts editing from hours to minutes.

👋 Hey there,

I know how it feels when you're trying to build your following but every video feels like it takes forever to produce...

Wanted to share two time-saving tools that I tested out recently!

Making my first Paid vs Free video — the type that ended up bringing me in over 4,000 new followers — took me many hours to get right.

I had to script, animate each character, stitch the dialogue together, and adjust clips frame by frame just to make the timing feel natural. It works, but it definitely isn’t the most efficient.

Now things are different.

I’ve found a tool that lets you recreate that exact same style of content — but with minimal editing and fewer steps in the process. A much more efficient way to do it!

Let’s dive in 👇

🎬 LemonSlice

To recreate a Paid vs Free style video like mine, you’d normally have to:

  • Create the audio for each character with a text-to-voice tool (like ElevenLabs),

  • Animate with D-ID or HeyGen,

  • Then stitch everything together in CapCut.

LemonSlice handles all of that in one place:

  • Generate or clone voices (no more ElevenLabs).

  • Animate multiple talking characters from a single image.

  • Lip-syncs smoothly, even to music!

Instead of juggling three different tools, you can bring characters to life and run full conversations from just one still image.

I tested it and was able to create a full Instagram-ready video in under 10 minutes:

📸 Grok Imagine

One of the hardest parts of short-form content is finding b-roll or background visuals that are eye-catching and don’t feel generic. Normally, you’d have to film your own footage, dig through stock sites, or wait around for slow AI video generators hoping the results turn out good.

Grok Imagine makes it simple:

  • Upload a still image or generate one with a text prompt.

  • Hit animate and get a short motion clip back in seconds.

I've been using it to add eye-catching visuals to social posts, and it's a massive time-saver compared to traditional methods.

To test it out, download Grok from the app store and switch to the Imagine tab.

✅ This Week’s Action Plan

If editing videos feels like it eats up a lot of your time, test these two tools. They’ll help you produce faceless content faster, with fewer moving parts — so you can focus more on ideas and less time on editing and generating b-roll.
