Automate Your Workflows With Google

2 new Google AI tools that automate workflows and build UIs in seconds

In partnership with

👋 Hey there,

Over the past few months, Google has quietly rolled out two new AI tools: Opal and Stitch. I experimented with both, and they already feel like must-knows for creators and businesses.

Let’s dive in 👇

Create How-to Videos in Seconds with AI

Stop wasting time on repetitive explanations. Guidde’s AI creates stunning video guides in seconds—11x faster.

  • Turn boring docs into visual masterpieces

  • Save hours with AI-powered automation

  • Share or embed your guide anywhere

How it works: Click capture on the browser extension, and Guidde auto-generates step-by-step video guides with visuals, voiceover, and a call to action.

⚡️ Opal — Automate workflows inside Google

Google Opal is a no-code, prompt-based app builder that allows you to quickly build out automation workflows. It’s like a user-friendly version of Make or n8n — but designed for the Google ecosystem.

Currently only available in US (but you can access using VPN, if outside the US).

Some ways businesses and creators can use it:

  • Automated content workflows → go from Youtube video links to social media ready Threads/Twitter posts and Instagram Reel scripts in a nicely formatted Google sheet

  • AI-powered videos → go from Website link to Video Ad created with VEO 3

  • Generate publish-ready blogs posts → generate blog posts based on your research links and input, complete with images.

I was able to set up my own workflow in literal minutes!

🎨 Stitch — From prompt to usable UI

Stitch turns prompts into website UIs, with exportable code and Figma files. It’s great for rapid prototyping and design tasks.

Use cases:

  • Instant landing pages → describe a campaign, get a ready-to-deploy page

  • Social media assets → generate post templates, banners, or branded graphics

  • Email templates → create responsive promotional or transactional layouts in seconds

  • Microsites → spin up event or product launch hubs fast

  • Internal portals → design employee hubs or comms pages without a dev or designer on hand

This tool is really great for prototyping and building out mock ups to test and launch faster.

The Gold standard for AI news

AI will eliminate 300 million jobs in the next 5 years.

Yours doesn't have to be one of them.

✅ Why this matters

Both tools solve different pieces of the same problem: speed. Opal automates the logic behind content, while Stitch generates the design and code.

Photoshop, Figma, and Make are powerful but not every workflow needs that level of complexity. If my use case is simple and straightforward, I’d rather reach for a tool like Opal or Stitch. They let me get the job done faster, with fewer steps, and without the extra overhead of learning another platform.
